Amazon is selling the Toshiba Gigabeat MEG-F40S 40 GB Digital Audio Player Silver for $99.99 (reg. $309.99). The Gigabeat plays MP3, WMA, WAV, Windows Plays for Sure, and Napster to Go. The docking cradle fosters 1-button CD ripping and file transfer. The 40GB hard drive fits up to 10,000 MP3s, an astronomical number at this price point. The player also features a 2.2-inch QVGA LCD (240 x 320), up to 16-hour battery life, SRS WOW simulated surround sound, and 28 equalizer settings.
