The Füri Rachael Ray Gusto Grip 7-Inch East/West Knife is a vesatlie knife and pretty great addition to any cooks set. The tacky handle does increase versatility. The blade was forged from CrMoV German stainless-steel alloys  to minimize friction and increase precision. We usually do not recommend celebrity chef products but the price is just right for this product.
