If you have an unlimited incoming cell phone plan and $3 unlimited national calling for Skype your pretty much set. The person who calls your SkypeIn number will be charged a local rate. 

You can buy SkypeIn numbers in several countries and all your calls forwaded will be charged as local calls for both participants. The person calling your skype number can also add it to the "myFavs" service offered by many providers.

Know your Dorm Room: You should go to your school’s website and view the pictures of the rooms. Read all the rules of what items are not allowed. The school provides you with a list of items that are already procvided. Talk to your roommate and split the list of objects each person is obligated to bring.Do not bring any heavy furniture with you.

Storage
-Buying the proper storage bins to maximize the space means going vertical. All your storage should be portable to a certain extent and stackable.
