I have officially become a Tassimo convert. In the beginning, I wasn’t able to wrap my head around the single serving T-Disc technology. Time and price helped me change my mind. Coffee shop prices are too high and regular coffee machines are a hassle, especially complex Italian machines. Bosch’s new Tassimo machine has also been a major factor in my change of heart.

The Bosch TAS4511 is simply the best single-serve coffee brewer. It simply trumps all other Tassimo systems. The speed is outstanding. Pop in a T-disc, adjust strength/size, and press start. Within a minute your beverage is ready (no measuring or cleanup required). The Bosch system requires no water warm-up and the MAVEA filtering system is great (LED screen tells you when to replace them). The water reservoir is easy to remove and fill.

The machine has a solid construction. It is the smallest single serve machine. It is also very quiet. I used to wake up the whole house with my coffee grinder. The Tassimo machine is a blessing for all your sleeping housemates.

My favorite Tassimo coffee blend is Starbucks T-Discs but I have taken a shine to the Tassimo Chai Latte.
